If there is one category of Indian street food that captures the full spirit of the cuisine - the balance of textures, the layering of flavours, the sheer excitement of every bite - it is chaat. Our chaat menu is the centrepiece of everything we do at Masala Mingle, and every item is prepared fresh.
Dry Bhel is crispy puffed rice tossed with spices, sev, and tangy chutneys - light, addictive, and endlessly snackable. Papdi Chaat Board brings crunchy wafers topped with yogurt, chutneys, and spices to your grazing table in a format that is as beautiful as it is delicious. Samosa Chaat takes a crushed samosa and layers it with salad, yogurt, and chutneys for something deeply satisfying. Aloo Tikki Chaat features spiced potato patties layered with chutneys and sev - a north Indian street food classic done properly. Our Packages - Transparent Pricing, No Surprises
All packages are designed for 20 people and include full table setup and decoration. Menu prices include basic food presentation décor, takeaway plates, cutlery, and serveware. Specialty presentation décor such as paper pockets for chaat is available upon request. Tables and carts are not included in the base price.
Package A - Starting from $750: 3 Standard items + 2 Premium items, with full table setup and decoration included.
Package B - Starting from $780: 4 Standard items + 1 Premium item + Dessert, with full table setup and decoration included.
Package C - Starting from $950: 2 Standard items + 3 Premium items + Live Pani Puri, with full table setup, grazing table decoration, and 30 to 45 minutes of live pani puri serving included.
Our Live Pani Puri Service is also available as a standalone add-on starting from $110. Freshly assembled and served live for 30 to 45 minutes, it includes potato stuffing, mitha pani, tikha pani, and spice level customisation. Choose your flavour from Regular, Garlic, Jeera, Hing, or Hajma Hajam. Extra puris, additional pani flavours, and extended serving time are available upon request.
