Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, prior to service commencement.

All grazing tables include bite-sized servings of each selected item.

Final quantities must be discussed and confirmed prior to the event.

If not specified, a standard serving applies (approximately 1 portion per person per item).

Any changes to the menu after deposit payment may result in price adjustments. All serving equipment, utensils, and décor provided must returned in clean condition.

Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned dirty or damaged.

Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

Live service timings are strictly limited to 30 to 45 minutes per 100 pani puri servings.

Additional time or servings may incur extra charges.

Service start time must be clearly agreed upon prior to the event.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, full payment may still be required due to preparation and sourcing of ingredients.

The business is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or venue restrictions.

We will always aim to communicate and adjust where possible.

Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and ingredient availability.

As food is presented as part of a grazing table setup and decorative display, we do not guarantee that food will remain hot throughout the event.

If you require food to be kept warm, food warmers can be arranged upon request, and additional charges may apply.

Additional Notes

Jain options are available for most food items.

Please note: Food is prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and sesame. While every care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
